Scorecards · versioned rules · statement analysis · audit
Phase 1 had static rules only. Phase 2 needed scorecards, versioned rules, bank-statement analysis and an auditable path for every decision.
Rules and scorecards became versioned configuration; batch runs stamp the version they used. Statements are aggregated into income stability and anomaly counts, and the output is a score with a line-by-line explanation.
Rule changes go through review and canary rollout; an audit table stores the input digest, matched rules, output score and operator; rollback is one version number away.
