Framework-free PHP + SQLite · metrics · reachability probes
Standing up Prometheus and Grafana for one panel is overkill. The ask was a single page: disk, memory, processes, whether sites are up, and how slow they answer.
PHP reads /proc and df straight into a SQLite time-series table; reachability is probed with curl on a schedule; the front end is one table and a line chart with no external JS.
Collection is separated from display: cron collects, pages only read. History is archived by day and pruned after 30 days; thresholds are configurable.
