The same product is priced differently across our own channels and nobody can watch it by hand. Repricing also needs a reason and a record.
Public prices on our own stores and authorised channels are collected on a schedule and normalised by SKU. A rule engine proposes a price when conditions fire (X percent below the target price, margin under threshold); a human confirms before it is applied, and every change writes an audit row.
Collection respects the target site's robots rules and API terms, with retries and rate control; abnormal jumps are flagged for confirmation rather than applied; daily reports show spread and execution rate.
