① Onboard
Merchant account or order export access, plus a courier account (or an aggregator such as Kuaidi100).
② Collect
Pull orders and tracking numbers on a schedule, dispatch per carrier, retry with rate limiting.
③ Normalise
Map each carrier's fields onto one state machine (picked up / in transit / out for delivery / delivered / exception).
④ Output
REST API plus webhooks for internal systems (state change calls back into CRM).

Implementation notes: query per carrier, merge into one state machine; polling frequency and carrier quotas drive cost. Demo data is synthetic.
