A score on its own tells a teacher nothing. What matters is why a student missed - concept, arithmetic, or misreading - and which topics a class is weak in.
Each item carries a topic and error-cause tag; answers are attributed item by item. Mastery aggregates per topic into a diagnosis and next steps, while the teacher view shows class-level weak spots and item difficulty.
Topics form a two-level tree and child scores roll up to parents. Reports render as HTML and print from the browser, avoiding a PDF dependency.
